Mental Training for Golfers
Learn to find your way into the Zone, to your mental sweet spot, to that mental state when the game just flows. That state where you are fully using your potential, increasing your joy of the game, playing at a lower handicap, winning tournaments and rank list points.

• During the program you will assemble your own mental toolbox, to help you make and carry out optimal decisions when you are under pressure.
• Your mental toolbox will contain mental exercises and pre-shot routines that will help you find your Zone - that state where you are able to fully make use of your potential.
• For the tournament pro, this is the program that ensures you a better placing, a higher income and more points on the rank list.
• For the performance oriented amateur, this is the program that will ensure you a lower handicap and a greater joy for the game.

Leadership Development on the Golf course, 2 days
Give your managers a different educational perspective to understanding and developing their managerial skills.
• 2 day program.
• Max 8 participants.
• During the program each participant will assemble their own personal toolbox consisting of methods, model and tests which can help them optimize their own - as well as their employees' - competences.
• In addition the toolbox will consist of assisting tools for managerial decisions and activities within fields such as selection, appraisal talks, team building, conflict solving outsourcing etc.

Leadership Development on the Golf course, 3 days
Give your manager a different educational perspective to understanding and developing their managerial skills.
• Basically the same program as described above under Leadership Development on the Golf Course, 2 days. Here there has been added an extra day to focus on the specific needs of the individual.
• 3 day program.
• Max 8 participants.
• During the program each participant will assemble their own personal toolbox consisting of methods, model and tests which can help them optimize their own - as well as their employees' - competences.
• In addition the toolbox will consist of assisting tools for managerial decisions and activities within fields such as selection, appraisal talks, team building, conflict solving outsourcing etc.
• During the third day each individual's toolbox is adjusted to the participant's current and specific managerial needs.
• Individual concrete action plans are laid out to assist each individual develop and become a better and more efficient manager.

Developing Sales Skills on the Golf Course
Give your sales and service people a different educational perspective to understanding and becoming a more successful sales person.
• The program will be prepared in cooperation with the organization to ensure relevancy to its services, customers and needs.
• 2 day program.
• Max 8 participants.
• During the program each participant will assemble their own personal toolbox consisting of methods, model and tests which can help them optimize their sales efforts.
• The toolbox and the activities on the golf course and in the classroom will teach the sales person to meet the customer where he his and based on his needs, personality and decision style.
• This insures the basis for establishing the optimal customer relations as well as sales and services.
